Craggy Range is delighted to be have their three Prestige wines named in the Fine Wines of New Zealand – a selection of the country’s highest caliber wines.
Le Sol, Aroha and Sophia from the 2014 vintage were named in the 2016 Fine Wines of New Zealand line up and the 2015 vintages were included in the 2017 selection.
The Fine Wines of New Zealand list is selected by New Zealand’s top independent wine experts, Masters of Wine Alistair Mailing, Michael Brajkovich, Sam Harrop, Simon Nash and Steve Smith; along with Master Sommelier Cameron Douglas.
Air New Zealand is a patron of the Fine Wines of New Zealand and provides promotional support to the wineries onboard and via its marketing channels.
Craggy Range General Manager Aaron Drummond, is proud to see the top range of wines feature amongst a selection of the most respected wines in the country. “Our Prestige Collection wines are made from the very top parcels from our Gimblett Gravels (Hawkes Bay) and Te Muna (Martinborough) Vineyards. We are humbled to receive this recognition by Fine Wines of New Zealand for the second year, across all three of the wines”.
A total of 60 wines were selected in the 2017 line up, an increase from 47 in 2016.
