Chef de Partie

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our experienced team

Craggy Range Restaurant is positioned as an expression of our local area, showcasing fresh seasonal produce from our garden and a selection of hand–picked producers from our local community.

We have a one year old Electrolux kitchen and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team! Our Head Chef, Casey McDonald has Michelin and Hatted experience and is looking to add a key member to our team that can push standards and develop food that we are really proud of. Our focus is on making as much as we can in house - think cultured butter and even our own salt!

We will provide great training and development plans for all chefs at every level, setting you up well for your future career. We like to get hands on and expose all our chefs to great produce and new techniques. Want to learn how to fillet a whole fish? Butcher meat? Smoke your own meats and fish in house? We will provide one-on-one mentoring and continual training so that you never stop learning new things.

We are a passionate and supportive kitchen and are aiming to have a continually changing menu and a great team environment, which looks after rosters and the work life balance for all staff.
