Sauvignon Blanc, Avery Vineyard

Avery Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Located in the famous stony soils of Wairau Valley’s old Omaka River bed, our Avery Vineyard is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

First made in 2001, the Avery Sauvignon Blanc allows flavours of lime, passionfruit and white peaches to show alongside the dry, mineral sensation on the palate that is unique to these soils.

  • Pale straw with green hues. Bright aromatics of fresh citrus, peach, edlerflower and wet stones. Elegantly structured with lively acidity carrying the wine long across the palate towards a dry, stony sensation on the finish, a hallmark of this vineyard.

  •  Cool, windy start, dry and early
