It's spring in Hawke’s Bay and with our  Terrôir garden in full bloom it is the perfect time of year to experience Leyton's enticing new menu featuring seasonally-led and exciting new dishes.

There is plenty of fresh cuisine on offer including locally sourced white asparagus with organic mushrooms, pickled walnut and nettle expertly matched with our 2011 Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay. For the sweet lovers try our new lemon-thyme pudding, meringue, lime curd with lemon sable.
